Weeb3 Foundation and ANIME?
The official Twitter account of Weeb3 Foundation was just established in December 2023 and immediately purchased the golden official verification badge from Twitter X, investing heavily. As the golden badge is a Twitter verification available for "organizations," it indicates that this team has registered as a company, applied to Twitter, and passed the verification process.
According to the official introduction by Weeb3 Foundation, it is supported by $ANIME and aims to create an open anime universe. "ANIME" also means "animation" in Japanese and the addition of the $ symbol implies the possibility of it being a token.
The Weeb3 Foundation website currently only has a one-page content, written in Japanese as "WEEB3," continuing Azuki's usual American-style pseudo-Japanese aesthetic. The animated characters wear necklaces with the letter "A."

Is Azuki Community's Side Project a Self-Initiated Coin?
Some also believe that this is another project launched by a community with a similar art style familiar with Azuki, which also has a project called Weebox.
我感觉 @weeb3foundation 可能不是 Azuki 自己的发币机构,而是 @San_FranTokyo 的。$ANIME 可能只是 Azuki 自己发币前的一个试点?
