OpenSea, the largest NFT trading platform, launches mobile app: Introduction to basic functions

Following the controversy over insider trading profits by employees, OpenSea quickly released a major update: the world's largest NFT marketplace has launched a dedicated Android and iOS app for NFTs.

What does the OpenSea App look like?

There are five functional tabs at the bottom, including Home, Rankings, Search, Profile, and More.

Home:

At the top of the Home page, there are different categories of NFT tags such as Art, Music, Domains, Virtual Worlds, etc. It also features NFT Exclusive OpenSea Drops, Trending collections, Recent Rockets, Hot new items, Expiring soon auctions, and New top sellers.

Rankings:

This section is similar to the web version, displaying market rankings and price changes of different projects. Users can choose different categories, blockchains, and statistical criteria.

Profile:

In this section, you can connect your MetaMask, TrustWallet, or Rainbow wallets, or enter an Ethereum address to view the NFTs you own.

From a basic functionality perspective, there is no difference from the web version, just that it is more convenient to share on social media on mobile devices. Regarding NFT display, there is currently no innovative breakthrough, and even after connecting the wallet, there are no buttons for participating in auctions or making direct purchases. OpenSea has stated that they will listen to community feedback and make further improvements.
