Mirror, an online creative platform, introduces "writing" NFT feature! Users can set their own price and quantity, making it convenient to collect great articles.

Since opening to the public last October, the blockchain-based writing platform Mirror has been gaining popularity within the crypto community. DAOs, NFT projects, investors, and more are using Mirror to showcase their initiatives. Today, the Mirror team announced their latest feature on their official Twitter account — writing NFTs, making collecting and creating NFTs easier than ever.

Introduction to NFT Writing

Mirror is the most widely used writing platform in the blockchain space, where anyone can create articles (Entries) and mint them as NFTs or conduct crowdfunding campaigns.

Its latest feature introduced today is an extension of the NFT minting feature, called NFT Writing NFT. After users complete their articles, they can simply connect their wallet to Optimism to mint the article into an NFT collectible series for free, with pricing and total supply customizable.

Upon completing the article, users can click on Publish at the top right corner and enable the NFT feature to set the price and total supply.

Subsequently, if a reader finds the content of the article excellent and wishes to collect it, they can click on Collect at the top right corner to make a purchase. Clicking on it will display the price, remaining quantity, and total supply.

However, if all NFTs are purchased, an option to buy on the secondary market will be available, leading users to the largest secondary market on Optimism, Quixotic.

For example, an article introducing NFT writing written by Mirror's official account is priced at 0.01 ETH with a total supply of 420. Currently, all are sold out, with a floor price of approximately 0.27 ETH on Quixotic.

Global Leaderboard and Collection Page

To complement the launch of the NFT Writing feature and help readers easily find high-quality content on Mirror, two new features have been introduced: the "Global Leaderboard" and "Collection Page."

Global Leaderboard ranks articles in real-time based on the amount of ETH raised and the number of collectors to promote popular and worthwhile articles.

The Collection Page provides Mirror DAO members a space to showcase their NFT writing collections. The purpose of creating this feature is to allow readers to discover more excellent articles by viewing the collections of their favorite writers.
