Binance's venture capital arm invests $12 million in WOO Network

According to CoinDesk, Binance Labs, the venture arm of Binance, announced a strategic investment of $12 million in WOO Network, which had just completed a $30 million financing round in November with participation from Three Arrows Capital and other institutions.
The head of investments at Binance Labs stated that WOO Network brings significant value to the crypto ecosystem both on-chain and off-chain, including deep liquidity and zero-fee trading. They look forward to a longer-term and deeper collaboration in the future, especially on Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
In October last year, WOO Network launched WOOFi Swap, a DEX supported by institutional market makers. WOOFi Swap leverages its liquidity network and institutional market-making technology to provide optimal pricing and minimal slippage on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
