53% of people advise against investing in Bitcoin! "Game of Thrones" actor says: Thank you for your advice, but I still bought some.

Yesterday, Maisie Williams, an actress from the American series "Game of Thrones," initiated a poll on whether to invest in Bitcoin. In the end, more than half of the respondents advised her not to invest in Bitcoin, but Maisie Williams doesn't seem inclined to follow their advice.

More than half of the people advise against investing in Bitcoin

According to reports yesterday, Maisie Williams, the actress who played Arya Stark in the American series "Game of Thrones," asked fans to vote on "whether to invest in Bitcoin." At the time of writing, the majority voted YES. DegenSparten, a prominent figure in the DeFi community, quoted the voting content and stated:

"Presumably, these 48.8% of people will be very happy to remain poor."

However, the momentum shifted significantly afterward. In a poll of 900,000 people, 53% advised Maisie Williams not to invest in Bitcoin. This indicates that people worldwide still do not have high trust and expectations for the value of Bitcoin.

Stubbornly Insisting on Buying

However, Arya Stark in the series is not someone who is willing to stay in the castle. Off-screen, Maisie Williams seems to possess a rebellious personality similar to her character in the show. Despite most people advising her not to buy Bitcoin, Maisie Williams still purchased Bitcoin yesterday according to her own thoughts, although she did not explain the reason for insisting on the purchase.

"Thank you for your advice, but I still bought some."

Michael Saylor, the CEO of Microstrategy, a publicly traded company that invested $425 million in Bitcoin, also responded to Maisie Williams' Bitcoin tweet on Twitter. He stated:

"I see three things here: Maisie Williams is smarter than most professional investors, 45.6% of her fans know the answer, and only 0.1% of the money really wants to move to Bitcoin's monetary network. Bitcoin is a risk worth taking."
