Is Satoshi you? Craig Wright supporter raises funds to film documentary proving the process of creating Bitcoin

Bitcoin Cash (Bitcoin SV) creator Craig Wright, who has been absent for a long time, surprised everyone with a recent announcement. His main supporter, Calvin Ayre, declared that he will fund a documentary about Craig Wright to prove that he is indeed the true creator of Bitcoin, known as "Satoshi Nakamoto."

The Dispute of Bitcoin Inventors

Craig Wright, the founder of Bitcoin SV, hails from Australia and has continuously claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin, earning himself the nickname "Faketoshi" in the crypto community.

On the other hand, Calvin Ayre, the founder of the investment firm Ayre Group, is one of the biggest supporters of Craig Wright's claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto. He seems determined to prove Wright's assertions by planning to document his life in a film for the world to see. Ayre tweeted:

"Have hired a professional team from outside the country and started shooting a documentary about Craig's life building Bitcoin. They will carefully research all the content, including evidence to be submitted to the McCormack lawsuit."

Ongoing Lawsuits of "Faketoshi"

Calvin Ayre has long been a supporter of Craig Wright and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (Bitcoin SV), using his news media platform CoinGeek to publish various articles praising Bitcoin Cash. CoinGeek is a media platform almost entirely dedicated to supporting Bitcoin Cash and has been using controversial events in the Bitcoin world to steer public support towards Bitcoin Cash.

Despite many cryptocurrency supporters dismissing Craig Wright's claims as fraudulent, Ayre remains one of the few believers. He mentioned the McCormack lawsuit on Twitter, which actually involves Blockstream CEO Adam Back, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, podcaster Peter McCormack, and Twitter user Hodlnaut, all of whom have been sued for defamation by Craig Wright.

In addition, Craig Wright is embroiled in a months-long lawsuit over the alleged theft of 1.1 million Bitcoins from his former partner, David Kleiman. Kleiman's estate legal team is still working on this case.
