Binance founder Zhao Changpeng promises to find new projects for the delayed IEO after an eight-month hiatus.
Binance co-founder He Yi stated on 11/4 that he appreciates the community's enthusiastic support for Launchpad (Binance's token launch platform, IEO: initial exchange offering) and Launchpool (Binance's token mining platform). In response to the community, Binance promises to seek out reliable projects.

No IEO in the Past Eight Months
During the bear market since 2019, Binance's most popular business was its IEO, allowing users to participate in a lottery for the chance to invest in new coin offerings and earn substantial returns in a short period of time.
The last IEO was in March 2022, featuring the governance token GMT for the play-to-earn blockchain game STEPN. The last Launchpool project was Hashflow earlier this month.
Following the announcement, Binance's native token BNB rose by approximately 1.6% within an hour.
