The Next Decade for Ethereum
Vitalik points out that Ethereum has been around for a decade, and the first decade was a period of internal development focused on technology, with most of the ecosystem mainly concentrating on developing products for themselves.
The next decade will require a significant change in its development approach to have a major impact on the internet and traditional financial systems.
He stated:
Developers in the past have always tried to meet the needs of other high-end technical personnel and create wonderful technology, but Ethereum needs to break through the current situation in the next decade and have a significant impact on the world.
Vitalik expects that the future L2-oriented thinking should take the lead, with a focus on application developers.
