The Virtual Currency Business Association officially establishes preparatory committee, with XREX's Wayne Huang serving as Chairman.
The Ministry of the Interior issued a letter to the representatives of XREX on March 25, approving the establishment of the "Republic of China Virtual Currency Business Association" in accordance with the law. The first preparatory meeting was held on the 26th, and 11 preparatory committee members were elected, officially forming the association's preparatory committee.

XREX Co-Founder Appointed as "Chairman of the Preparatory Committee"
Out of the 11 members of the preparatory committee, one chairman will be elected, and through voting, it was decided that Hui Tsung Hsiao, from ChainTech Technology Legal Services Co., Ltd., XREX, will serve as the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee.
The Preparatory Committee has agreed to hold preparatory meetings at Lee Tsai & Partners International Attorneys every Tuesday and Thursday starting from the week of May 7th.
The Preparatory Committee plans to issue a membership solicitation announcement on May 9th and intends to hold the second preparatory meeting on May 17th.
First Board of Directors Expected to Be Elected in June
The Preparatory Committee aims to complete the preparatory phase by mid to late June and hold the first general meeting of members to elect the first Board of Directors.
The list of founders does not directly represent the list of members. All eligible industry participants will be able to apply for membership after the membership solicitation announcement.
