SBF Defense: Overwhelming Evidence Overload
SBF's lawyers wrote to presiding judge Lewis Kaplan on August 25, stating that the prosecution sent them 4 million pages of evidence on the 24th, which violated the deadline for disclosure within six weeks before the trial.
According to CryptoSlate, the prosecution sent an additional 3.7 million pages of evidence to the defense lawyers on August 28.
SBF's lawyers formally requested the court to intervene and halt the continuous release of documentary evidence by the prosecution. They also emphasized the need for the court to prohibit the prosecution from using these 7.7 million pages of documents as evidence in the October trial.
Crypto Community: Enough Evidence for SBF to Plead Guilty
Venture capital partner Adam Cochran is optimistic about the significant evidence, believing that it will expose every illegal transaction, including chat records, conspirator testimonies, money flow, and accounts.
He believes that at some point, the legal representatives and SBF will reach a plea bargain.

SBF Detained, Defense Work Hindered
SBF has previously emphasized the importance of meeting with lawyers while in detention through legal representatives, claiming that this would impact his October trial.
According to legal documents from August 23, Lewis Kaplan has agreed that SBF can continue to meet with lawyers while in detention, but SBF must notify the prosecutor and the U.S. Marshals Service 48 hours in advance.
SBF's criminal trial is scheduled for October and March next year, and he has refused to plead guilty to all charges.
