According to reliable sources: "NOTICE of Appearance by Abid Riaz Qureshi on behalf of CHANGPENG ZHAO Qureshi, Abid Entered: 06/12/2023" indicates that Binance founder Changpeng Zhao CZ has appointed lawyer Abid Riaz Qureshi and is now responding to a summons from the SEC.

In a form that can be appointed to appear in court, former Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett previously explained that CZ was aware of this matter on 6/8.
