SBF placed under house arrest diary exposed: I did what I believed was right, shifting all responsibility to ex-girlfriend.
KOL Tiffany Fong exclusively obtained a 250-page essay written by SBF during his house arrest before being detained, covering SBF's childhood, life memories, and his defense against the lawsuit. The New York Times compiled and published the relevant content.

SBF: I Did What I Thought Was Right
SBF stated in an unpublished 15,000-word post:
"I am broke, wearing an ankle monitor, one of the most hated people on Earth, and there may never be anything that will turn my lifetime of impact from black to white."
He also mentioned, "The fact is, I did what I thought was right."
The lengthy post, titled "A Draft of a Thought," and another document titled "Genesis V2," consists of a series of criticisms against the restructuring of the bankrupt team at FTX, all written by SBF during his eight months of house arrest, including some defense details he may use in the October trial.
Blaming Former Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison
SBF accuses Caroline Ellison of incompetence, pointing out that she once cried during a meeting and refused to execute trading strategies that could protect Alameda from market collapses.
In a document titled "Alameda Hedge Failure," SBF stated:
"Caroline consistently refused to engage on risk management and delayed action on my suggestions until it was too late. Each suggestion I made only made her feel worse, convincing me that our prior romantic relationship was entirely unhelpful."
Sam Trabucco Only Busy Dating
Sam Trabucco, who served as Alameda CEO before Caroline, was also criticized by SBF for his strained relationship with Caroline. Although Sam Trabucco had a keen intuition for risk control, he stepped down in 2021.
SBF also criticized Sam Trabucco for spending a significant amount of time on dating and leisure activities like cruises.
However, Sam Trabucco has not faced any criminal charges to date.
What Does SBF Do at Home?
KOL Tiffany Fong stated that she had visited SBF over a dozen times, and SBF mainly stayed in the study, playing video games, chess, and sometimes napping on the couch.
Most of the time, SBF is preparing legal defenses for the upcoming trial.
Despite multiple visits, Tiffany Fong still questions many of SBF's claims. She forwarded the documents to former Alameda engineer Aditya Baradwaj, who simply commented:
"If FTX did not misappropriate customer funds, Alameda's hedge losses are irrelevant."
Looking back at Aditya Baradwaj's report: Revealing SBF's True Colors: A Former Alameda Engineer's Real Experience, What irresponsible behaviors did FTX exhibit in the past?
Lawyers representing SBF, Sam Trabucco, and Caroline Ellison all declined to comment.
