More than 170,000 Creditors Compensated via Wire Transfer and Exchange
According to documents, more than 170,000 creditors have received claims in cryptocurrency through PayPal/Venmo and Coinbase, including over 20,000 bitcoins and 300,000 ETH. This includes regions within the United States as well as countries where Coinbase offers services. For regions without Coinbase services, they will be directed to distribution brokers. Dollar Assets to be Compensated via Wire Transfer
Next, Celsius will address the USD claims of overseas creditors through wire transfer. Additionally, creditors eligible to receive shares in the new mining company have already been notified via email by Celsius.
Some Users Still Waiting for Compensation Due to Certain Conditions
Celsius reminds former users that partial repayment of funds withdrawn within 90 days prior to the bankruptcy application is a prerequisite for their claims to be processed. Therefore, some users have not yet received their claims for specific reasons.
