The Department of Justice appeals that Zhao Changpeng cannot return to the UAE, and whether CZ can leave the United States will be determined by 11/27.
On November 22, the US Department of Justice requested the court that Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) must not leave the United States to return to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) until the judgment is made. This discussion arose because the court had previously indicated that Zhao Changpeng had no risk of fleeing and could return to the UAE to await trial.

The Department of Justice Proposes Motion: Still Concerned About CZ Evading Prison
Despite Zhao Changpeng CZ depositing $15 million into a trust account and signing a $175 million PR bond during plea negotiations.
However, the U.S. Department of Justice still believes that Zhao Changpeng CZ may not return to the U.S. to face charges for several reasons. They argue that Zhao Changpeng is extremely wealthy and his assets are not within U.S. jurisdiction. Additionally, with no extradition treaty with the UAE, if sentenced to prison, he may not return to the U.S. Faced with a potential 18-month sentence, Zhao Changpeng may choose to be with his family.
Former SEC enforcer John Reed Stark, according to court documents, stated that while judgments are generally not overturned, he still hopes that Zhao Changpeng CZ's lawyers will provide a favorable explanation, which may lead the judge to impose additional bail conditions.
It is understood that Zhao Changpeng CZ will remain in the U.S. until November 27th, when a decision will be made.
