"Blockchain Building" Landlord: JPEX Maliciously Vacated, Will Seek Compensation

The property owner of the "Blockchain Building," "He Feng International Logistics Co., Ltd.," announced that JPEX had leased the 2nd to 6th floors of 7 Zhongxiao East Road Section 4 from them. As JPEX was identified by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission as an unlicensed entity, all JPEX personnel maliciously vacated the building.

As a result, the property owner suffered losses and will seek compensation from JPEX along with other affected parties.
