According to reports from the Korean news agency, the Korean prosecution authorities have identified specific entities or individuals manipulating token prices intentionally to gain unfair profits, and have conducted a forced search at the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb. The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office's Financial Investigation Department conducted a seizure search at Bithumb's headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to ensure access to corresponding transaction details. The prosecution authorities also stated that they will investigate transaction details of other exchanges.
